About Trucker Pete

My name is Pete, and I’m an owner-operator based out of Charleston, Arkansas. I’ve been trucking for a few years now and currently run a 2023 Peterbilt 579 hauling both dry van and refrigerated freight across the country. Life on the road has taken me through countless cities, small towns, and landscapes, and every mile comes with a story.

I started the Trucker Pete YouTube channel for two reasons. First, I wanted to create a time capsule of my life on the road—something my kids can look back on one day and see what their dad experienced while building a career in trucking. Second, I wanted to share that journey with others and hopefully build something that can generate extra income along the way.

On the channel, you’ll see real trucking life through onboard cameras, drone footage, vlogs from the road, and videos capturing landscapes, landmarks, and the everyday experiences that come with life behind the wheel of a semi-truck. From quiet highways at sunrise to busy truck stops late at night, the channel shows what the trucking lifestyle is really like.

Trucker Pete is for everyone—truckers, blue-collar workers, white-collar professionals, or anyone curious about life on the road. Whether you’re already in the industry or just enjoy seeing the country from a different perspective, you’re welcome along for the ride.

My goal is to grow the channel to 100,000 subscribers and build a community of people who enjoy the journey as much as I do.

So climb in the passenger seat, and let’s hit the road.
